After 23 years of existence, it is with determination that the Master 2 Business Law (Master 214) of the Paris Dauphine-PSL University begins this new school year.

It is with ambition that its co-directors, Sophie SCHILLER and Antoine LOUVARIS, as well as the student association (ADDA), will work again this year to develop the Master.

The students of Master 214, selected among a growing number of serious applications, will benefit from the teaching of eminent professionals. The program, which is constantly evolving, is particularly transversal.

The class of 2021-2022 distinguished itself first and foremost by its diversity in excellence. In this respect, 83% of the students hold a double degree and come from prestigious English business schools or universities.

However, it is also the richness of the personalities that make up the Master 214 that makes it so well known. The cohesion, intergenerational, is a significant added value.

The Association is organized in such a way that each student is a member of one of its poles and participates actively in the development of the Master.

If perpetuating its traditions by organizing certain signature events (Lawyer's Cup, Gala and conferences) and maintaining its relations with its family of alumni are essential missions, the ADDA sees to it every day that the Master 214 grows by developing its relations with outside contributors. From this point of view, the international pole of the Association, newly created this year, aims at turning the Master even more towards foreign countries.

The organization of the ADDA association is based on several entities:

Board: the association's management body, it ensures the coordination of all projects.
Divisions :
- Partnerships: management of our relations with companies, law firms, universities and colleges;
- Visibility : daily management of the communication tools of the master;
- Legal News: organization of conferences and publication of legal articles;
- Team Building: organization of cohesion events within the class, the Gala and the Lawyer's Cup;
- Alumni: management of the alumni directory and setting up of sponsorships
- International: canvassing for partners abroad;
Members: the driving force of the association, they help to keep it alive on a daily basis. The ADDA association is the association of the Business Law program. Therefore, all students of the Master are members of the association.
Council (of alumni): support and guidance body, composed of five alumni members including a president, in charge of ensuring the handover between the different offices and the coherence of ADDA's actions from year to year.
